3. Once the blade is stuck, you must immediately turn off the device and turn off the power before processing it.
4. If the crusher fails, it should be reported to the production supervisor in time to arrange maintenance personnel for maintenance. It is not allowed to operate with the problem, and it is not allowed to repair the machine without authorization.
5. The device can be started again only after the fault is processed.

Third, the work after the operation
1. After the material is broken, turn off the switch and cut off the power.
2. Open the knife and the crushing bin to clean the remaining materials in the crushing bin.
3. Close the crushing bin and tighten the fixing screws.
4. Pack the broken plastic into the woven bag or bucket and place it in the designated position of the workshop.
5. The crusher operator must clean the machine when it is off work, clean it around the machine, and confirm that the power has been cut off before leaving.
6. When multiple classes are in continuous operation, the technical safety situation of the machine should be explained to the next class.

1. It is strictly forbidden to put too much into the plastic when it is broken, causing the card to die and burning the motor.
2. When the equipment is running, it is strictly forbidden to put the hand into the crusher to operate, so as not to cause injury.
3. It is strictly forbidden to put hard objects and the like into the crusher to cause damage to the blade.
4. It is strictly forbidden to place water bottles, scissors, blades, and other debris on the equipment to prevent foreign objects from falling into the feeding port and damaging the equipment.
5. When repairing the scrap and replacing the scraper blade, the power should be cut off, and the machine should be hung up and the machine should be closed.

PROPER MAINTENANCE AND TESTING OF PLASTIC CRUSHER
